WE OFFER
BOXING CIRCUIT CLASSES
Let it all out with this fantastic boxing circuit class which incorporates ab work with boxing and kick boxing for all ages, including teenagers.

Learn proper technique, relieve stress and get a terrific workout in this hard hitting circuit class.

Saturday 7:30 - 9:00 am
GENERAL GROUP CIRCUIT CLASSES
Just want to strengthen all over – and build bone density at the same time? Increase your strength and work out the whole body.

We offer full body strength training for all ages. Work your arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest and abs and have fun while you’re doing it. Travel through a number of workout stations in the class and make a few friends throughout the process.

ABS, BUTTS & THIGHS
Want to get rid of your tuck shop arms, tone your legs, shape up your butt and flatten your tummy as you strengthen your abs?

This class has specific focus on the core – we use bosu, fitball, kettlebells, dumbbells and mats to target the problem areas so that you shape and tone your arms, tummy, legs and butt and you feel better about yourself - and wearing t-shirts, shorts and even bathers!

STRETCH, BREATH, STRENGTHEN and BALANCE – low impact for all ages 
Stretching and breathing is the key foundation of any exercise for our body. Anybody can do it and it’s amazing how good you feel after a class. Get the body moving and relieve tight spots, such as your lower back, neck/shoulders and legs. Improve your posture, flexibility and tone up at the same time.

Incorporates stretch bar, foam roller, stretch bands, bosu, fitball, yoga, pilates and breathing techniques and we can We tailor the class to meet your needs.
