We offer one on one or two on one personal training and our aim is to tail our training programs to meet your needs.
  
We include a full body assessment with a detailed case history.

We have a strong focus on ensuring correct technique with careful instruction and attention to your execution of each exercise.

Whether it be weight loss, building a strong core, toning your legs, building your shoulders or overall increase in tone and strength we tailor our training to meet your needs.

We offer Personal training half hour or full hour sessions and personal Yoga sessions for 90 mins.

We connect with our clients and together work out in a fun and engaging way in a warm, friendly, private , boutique environment.
