Elements which are incorporated into the training program include yoga, pilates, stretching, breathing techniques, balance, cardio, full body strength training, boxing and kick boxing and martial arts based movements. Sally is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo. Building core strength- abs, glutes and thighs, is a particular focus for Sally not only for clients to look better in the mid section but also reap the physical benefits of decreasing back ache and improving posture.
Prior to starting a family Sally finished University and worked in the corporate banking sector for many years. She became interested in the area of natural therapies when looking for alternatives when faced with a medical issue.
She ultimately focused on a more holistic approach to her life - studying remedial massage and therapies, aromatherapy, naturopathy and homeopathy. She has used natural therapies for
well over 20 years and found that they definitely transformed her
life. Sally has 4 young children and fell into exercise as a form of stress relief and time out away from the mayhem at home.
It soon turned into her passion and led to studying Fitness Coaching and Personal Training.
Sally is a registered Fitness Professional, and enjoys her days training clients, as well as furthering her interests in Health and Fitness. In her spare time, Sally enjoys Hot Yoga, Kick Boxing, Sparring, Running, with a strong focus on Core: Abs, Butts and Thighs, as well as cardio programs such as Combat and of course strength and conditioning training. Stretching and breathing is key to Sally's regime.
Sally has travelled extensively and is passionate about blending health and fitness with the experiences of life. She is also involved with Restart Health Escapes - health and fitness retreats located in Asia.
Finding a balance on every level is her key to a happy life.
Sally is dedicated to helping other people feel good about themselves and working with them to tweak their behaviours so they can maintain a healthy and rewarding lifestyle.
